Try to use the spring to extract the oil pressure valve. Or a piece of coat hanger, BIG caution though using a pick tool. You want the tool to get inside the cupped releive valve so it doesn't scratch the bore in aluminum cover.
Use a mirror to look up at the plunger and you know what I mean.
Or you could give the engine a short crank over using the starter and let the oil pressure shoot out the plunger, BIG mess though doing that since the oil is coming out after the plunger.
Overall, it doesn't sound to good in your case and you might be looking into new oil pump, engine cover, balance shaft sprockets, chains and guides to the sound of approx $2500.00 parts and labor.
