the only "saab" related aftermarket shift knob available that incorporates the reverse gearlock mechanism is the one from Abbott. It is machined aluminum. I am sure it is expensive though. I got the carbon Fiber one made for the 9-5 and put it on the 9-3. I had to removed a little bit of the plastic rein inside of it but that took about less than 2 minutes and a Dremel tool. Looke real nice and feels great.
