It's a pain to replace those lines (but you already know that probably) since the intake and injector bridge has to come out together with the bracket and pipes for SAI system.
The 19mm flange nut has a tendency to collaps (oval shaped) due to thin walls.
I think that it still would be able to push the flared tubing against the seat in engine though.
There is also a chance that the flared portion of the line have cracked. That happens sometimes. I have seen it on transcooler lines and power steering lines.
But even to be able to pull the pipe out far enough to inspect the flaring you would need to loosen them at the top due to ridgidness.
