Front End Vibration

On my way to work this morning I noticed a lot of vibration in the stearing wheel and front end of the car. This vibration really starts in at around 65 mph and goes away at around 80 mph. For a while now I've noticed a vibration at these speeds, but it seemed much more pronounced this morning. So here is what I can tell you: I have the 17" Aero wheels with 215/45-15's, and the air presure is around 32. It's been about a year since I've had the wheels balanced, and I'm having that checked after work, but I can see that the weights are still on the wheels. I noticed on one of the tires, there is a small bubble on the sidewall. The rotors look to be in good condition, but when I drag my finger across them, I can feel very small ridges (but not enough to catch a finger nail)...I mention this because the vibration is during both acceleration and braking at these speeds.
This is a 1997 900 S with about 113,000 miles.
Any Ideas???
