You will need to open all 4 bleeder screws. It's physically impossible to flush the fluid from all of the lines without doing this. I just did mine with the pressure bleeder (I had originally bought it for my '73 BMW). I used Castrol LMA Dot 4 and did a tire rotation at the same time. Its really easy with the wheels removed. You don't even need to climb under the car! Just be careful to keep everything upsteam of the bleeders clean. If you spill any brake fluid on paint, flush it well with water.
