Power seats only work when fuse is reset

I just bought a 1996 900 SE, and the driver side power seats decided whether or not they are going to work. I found that if I pull the fuse out and plug it back in, the seat works. Could it still be the relay? Or is it a problem with the power seat control module? All input is greatly appreciated.
