Ok, so you are saying that you see no leak or oil mess whatsoever anywhere around the pump or under the car?
And you are sure that the oil level went from full reservoir to empty in just a short time?
Or could it be that the steering have been leaking a little bit for a long time but it wasn't until now that it became obvious when the steering started to get hard to turn?
It might be that one side of the steering rack is leaking and that the fluid is accumulated in one of the steering boots.
About the brake fluid.
When did you check the brake fluid last time? Have you had any brake jobs done since you checked the fluid last time? Have you had any major service done since you checked the fluid last time. Both those things could alter the fluid level in reservoir.
Even after a regular oil change the level could be up since they migh top of the reservoir.
