Be careful when getting the hoses of the two pipes through fire wall. Those pipes are loosely attached to the heater core with two plastic clips.
If you bend around too much trying to get the hoses off you might end up with a heater core leak.
Use a knife or razor blade to split the old hose and unfold it from the pipe instead of pulling it off.
