I had a recent issue with the same bulbs... see link to my earlier post. I hate being ripped off, but I absolutely REFUSE TO BE RAPED!
I improvised by using the Radio Schack lamp, which has worked satisfactorily. You can get by with this, or try to find a source of supply of the proper sized lamp. I searched the web, and couldn't find any. If you find a source, please let me know.
The bulbs you will need I believe, are called a T 1-3/4 in the miniature lamp industry. They are about 4 mm in diameter and 10 mm long, and should have exposed leads 10-20 mm long.
In either case, you'll have to remove the burned out bulb from its gray plastic base, and fix a new bulb in the base by wrapping the wires. Once you get the burned out bulbs out of the climate control, it will be evident how this works.
