Installing swaybar...minor problem....!!!

I was just installing the sway bar from Taliaferro when the bolts snapped. And not in a convenient spot; close to the head of the bolt. So what's the easiest way to cut them, hacksaw or bolt cutter. Need to head over to Canadian Tire or some other shop to pick something up.
