here is a little tidbit of info that might be of at least a little help just for your general knowledge/troubleshooting. The relatively stronger force of the center vent in the C900 was a unique feature. It is not a feature on the NG900. Now, it sounds like there may still be a problem with the force of your air flow, but don't expect the relatively stronger C900-like force out of the NG900 center vent compared to the other vents.
That of course won't solve your bigger problem, but hopefully the expertise of all the people who know a lot more about A/C here than I do can help you, but I just wanted to give you that FYI on the center vent's relative force.
Good luck with the bigger problem.
