Hi nickR - have you replaced the bushing between the stanchion arm and the sub-frame. When I was doing this I became skeptical about it. That is placing a Powerflex Bushing in the position of the Spherical Type Bushing. I was also confused about the Mounting Bolts with the Sleeves, (item 17 eeuroparts suspension), that secure these bushing. I had to remove the bolts to give me enough room to maneuver the Control Arm and Stanchion Arm allowing their unbolting from each other. When I removed the Bolt on the Driver side, Stanchion Arm/Sub frame, fluid was discharged and the bolt looked beautiful. I then removed the one on the passenger side to find it with its threads worn and without fluid. I am lacking the understanding and installation the Bolt and Sleeves, why the Play between the Bolt and Sleeves, (Item 17 of eeuroparts suspension,) and what the fluid was. It seems to me that the play allows your front end to be out of alignment should you encounter a hard bump.
