All B204L engines (NG900) use T25 turbos. 900S turbos were not avail in the US so you probably have a canadian car. The motor is the same as the SE turbo version.
Replacing your turbo with one from a later NG900 will bring your car's power back to stock.
Depending on the damage on your original turbo, you could send to a shop for servicing and have its internals upgraded. Forced Performance is famous for putting T28 internals in a T25 case.
