Strut Mounts & A/c

Just completed the third big job my car needed to have done. After the clutch/engine mount, timing belt, cam seals and serp belt, the strut mounts and a/c have just been done. (95 900SEV6 Conv - 98k). FYI, the strut mounts are OEM and I put on Bilstein Touring Struts.
It seems however that the a/c has a phantom leak - The system was inspected in April and it maintained temperature for a few weeks. Under 80 degrees, it will blow cold. Over this, it blows cold on startup, then gets warmer.
Here are the stats:
A/c cooling to 49 degrees - No leaks seen with dye or halogen tester.
Topped up with Freon - now cooling to 40 degrees Low side 31 psi, high side 185 psi.
Any ideas on what may be causing this slow leak.
It's currently 104 degrees and I need the a/c to work.
