I just did this job a couple of weeks ago. There really is only the two bolts holding the thing in place. There a pain to get at, but if you get them, that should be it. The alternator is held in pretty tightly by a couple of bushings. You should be able to pry the alternator out. The tough part is getting the thing out once it is loose. You will have to drop the exhaust from the front to make room. Make sure you compress the bushings back with a pliers before you try to put the new one in. This will save you some headaches.
