I'm not sure how much of a factor the radiator fan was in my A/C issue, but it needed replaced, anyway. My indy stated that the low-side pressure before the repair was 62 psi, while it should be below 30 psi. The expansion valve was evidently at fault and everything seems to be in good working order after replacing it (again). Let me know if you have any additional questions.
