Leave the battery off for about an hour or so. This should reset the ECU.
Make sure you have your radio codes before you do this!
Did you have a vacuum leak problem before this happened?
When I corrected a vacuum leak problem on my 900 SE turbo (trionic ignition), the codes were cleared at the dealer. This did not cure the idling surges. Disconnecting the battery did.
IMO, TechII does not reset the ECU, it only clears codes. Disconnecting the battery resets the ECU.
