Persistant CEL, codes P0171, P1171, P0130

Hello, all. I've had an itermittant CEL since 2001 on my 98 900SE, which is now up around 114K. At first, it only happened when the outside temperature was over 85 or 90 which, even here in Georgia, wasn't a big deal. My mechanic has pulled the codes several times, as has Auto Zone, and it's always been P0171 and P1171. The CEL would go away after a dozen starts, and stay away once the air weather cooled down, so I didn't worry too much about it. Lately, however, I've been getting a rough idle and my mileage is down maybe 25% (15-17 city, mid 20s hwy.) Of course, when the air temp is that high, I'm typically running the A/C pretty hard, as well, which migh account for the mileage.
Since the light's been on for a couple months, straight, I had the codes pulled again, today, and P0130 is now in the mix. Searching this group, I see that O2 Sensor-related CELs are not uncommon, and that I should rule out grounding problems before I swap it out. I'm not averse to getting under the car with a multimeter, but I don't know the specs for the ground and output voltages (see link for 0130 flowchart), or even where to test, off hand. Could someone, maybe someone who's successfully fixes one of these, point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Duncan
