Could be fuel injectors. Easy to pull, but best thing to do is get them serviced proffessionaly for around $50 (they replace o-rings, flow test). (Note: when removing the fuel injectors, be sure to blow clean the area around where the seat into the head. Also have some new pressure line (small hosing ) on hand as it will fall apart when manipulating. Also have some extra ties to rebundle everything and a fuel line quick release tool. Really easy job actually)

Could also be ( and more porbably) the idle air control valve (passenger side of throttle body). Check out this great website for a step by step in how to clean it:

Also check to be sure pressure line (small black hose) is in good shape that leads from the lower portion of the throttle body to the top of the fuel pressure regulator (at end of fuel rail, and for that matter all other hoses and air lines in the area. This line helps adjust the fuel flow at idle by exposing the FPR to a small vacuum at idle.
