Knock sensor code can be set by bad spark plugs and/or wires.
If the plugs are older than 30K miles and wires older than 60K you should have them replaced.
Have anyone replaced the serpentine belt tensioner and belt recently?
If so the chances that the rear knock sensor wire got squished between the tensioner and cylinder head is quite big.
If that's the case you have to replace the whole sensor and wire since it is a solid piece.
Alternator needs to be loosened and backed out to make room for the old/new sensor.
