Nope, and I have had a spare 00 9-3 for almost a year now. I still drive the 94 red coupe to work and around town every day but no more long trips (>150 miles) in it at 142k. I spent about ($900) on the front suspension, replacing damn near everything, had an a/c expansion valve replaced and R134 added ($200), and replaced a stuck thermostat ($12), couple oil changes over the last year, so it has been behaving lately.
I have put about 12k on my 00 9-3 over the last year and it ate a DI cartridge while under warranty last fall, other than that, it has been trouble free...good so far. This car is much smoother, quieter than the 94, the absence of odd sounds, vibration, and creaks and a hyd. clutch is nice...but the radio, seats, steering feel and body roll is worse than my 94.
