If you were inspired, you could replace the thermostat while you have the intake off, I didn't do mine, and I don't recall seeing anyone post about them going bad on the V6, so that's WAY optional, I would actually recommend against it b/c I think you have to drain the coolant. But its an option.

Definitely do the rear sparks while you have intake off, that's the only way to get to them. If your rear valve cover gasket is leaking, now's the time.

Also there are two hoses for the crankcase ventilation thing (its not an actual valve like on other cars, I don't think), look again for my post on that, replace them and clean out the connectors while the intake is off, that's a good one to do and I would recommend it. You can do it when the intake is on, its a little tougher, but I think you have to disconnect them anyway.

Good luck, like I said, I think its a combination of things that solved my rough idle. Could also be a bad engine mount, but that's another day.
