Two minutes cool down is unnecessary. In fact, from normal driving, one second cool down is unnecessary. At cruising, and low speeds, the turbo isn't spinning any faster than at idle, so idling for two minutes does no more than pollute the atmosphere, and cost money in gas. The only time cool down may be advised is after really aggresive driving.
