the vibration is in the seat. That would mean that something is going on with the rear tires. Front tires/suspension would be felt in the steering wheel.
Perhaps the wheel balance is off in the rear. Take it back and kindly ask if they would recheck the balance as you are feeling the vibes in the seat. Should be done for free if you just left there. My tire guys are great, and check, rotate, balance, etc. whenever I ask. (Your mileage may vary, and yes, I check/add PSI, torque, and rotate them myself.)
Other possibility would be if they rotated the month old tire to the rear. Then you may be feeling some play as a result of the "slightly" used tire and one good one there. After a short time, they should wear to "normal."
