Start with wheel balance. If your tires are old, get new ones. Find a shop that has the Hunter GSP 9700 Road Force balancer. Enter your zip code at http://www.hunter.com and they'll tell you who nearby you has the GSP balancer. Ask them to check for dents/bent wheel when balancing. Alignment is good to do as well, but likely not causing your vibration.
