I want to contribute to help payback the time and money you have all saved me.

Is you ACC sensor fan (bulls eye) buzzing?

This is what I did and it seems to be working.

Remove the fan and clean it. Unsnap the back cover and lube the bearing seat for the shaft. Lube the front shaft bearing too. Install it upside down and flip the foam ribber gasket. This is to give the gasket a new seat to create a like new seat for the unit. If you can fab. a new gasket from similar material, do it. I think this is the true reason for the buzzing. The unit gets dirty and out of balance, the foam gasket loses its ability to hold it in firm = the unit can then move and makes a buzzing sound as it spins.

Let me know if this works for you or if there are different methods of quieting this besides turning up the music.
