This is much easier than you might think.
I just fixed my passenger side window last night.
You need to remove the door panel.
It is attached to the car by 5 bolts ... one behind the plug on the door pull, 2 behind the handle on the door, and 2 under the door pocket.
Carefully pull the door panel away from the door.
You will have to disengage the door pull from the connection and you will have to lift the panel over the lock knob.
Once you have removed the panel, you may need to use your window switch to move the mechanism.
Be careful not to let the window fall.
You will see that there is a track along the bottom of the window.
Inside that track are 2 rollers.
The mechanism bolt snaps into the rollers and is held in place by cotter pins.
The rollers are made of plastic and apparently are a regular replacement item (my dealer had them in stock - $2.20 CND each).
Make sure to put some grease in the track so the rollers will roll with ease.
Good luck!
