One advice. Take a good look at the oil pump gear, cover and timing cover.
I don't know if you already have seen that those pieces needs to be replace too.
Look at where the inner pump gear sits in the front engine cover. That surface takes a good beating from all the debris.
Also, if the oil pressure valve is scored, you also have the same scoring up in the bore in engine cover.
It would be a major suck factor if you put everything back together with the old engine cover and pump just to realize that you have an flickering oil pressure light on idle with hot engine.
If that would be the case you have to undue almost all the work again to replace the engine cover.
