Leather seats really gross me out, so no comment on those.
The cloth seats in both of my 900s (86 and 98) are by far the most comfortable vehicle seats I've tried. BMW sport seats come close but not as good. New Jetta GLI Recaros are close, too.
I look forward to sitting down in my SAABs after a long day at the office. My back actually feels much rested after the commute. On long trips (and I've done some VERY long ones) I don't feel any discomfort due to seats. One time my cruise control was broken in the 86 900 and my right foot was killing me. But the seat was supremely comfortable.
