IMO, a 185 by 60 or 65 is best of winter use;205 is good for summertime..The use of a 185x65x16 on a Saab 900 may be too large and create problems - but I do not know for sure..
The manual(Saab 900ng) mentions a 15" 195 x 65 and a 16" 205 x 50 winter tires..
The new thinking for those in the true snow belt is to use two setups.
I am on the fringe(York county, PA), however, and IMO, cables would be better, if I really had to go to work or run a business.
