Redoing Trany Seal

I'm taking my '97 900SE 2.0L 138K (which has been plagued with problems) in on Friday to redo the main seal. I orginally had the clutch replaced back in January. The link below will explain the rest if you're interested. Since Dec 2000, this will be the 3rd seal.
I also noticed engine leaking from both driveshafts and have accumulated on the lower firewall and subframe. I've been loosing about a quart a month. I'm having them check this out as well. What seal could be causing this leak?
I'm also having them inspect the clutch assembly since shifting has been pretty crappy with the trany jerking when in gear and accelerating intermittently. Before my clutch blew to pieces and the throwout bearing grounded to schrapnel last January, I could hear and feel the throwout bearing grinding. Well, I'm already hearing and feeling early signs (resonating through the clutch cable) of the throwout bearing again.
Anythign else to check?
