With the severe cold we are now getting in Vermont (zero to -15 currently at night) My 1999 9-3 that has to sit outside of course is having a hard time starting. The question i have is that once it does start after i have to give it a little gas and the revs come back down to 1000. There is a shaking in the cabin. I think there might be a problem with the IAC to cause the case to virate and sometimes almost stall. I'm assuming its a sticking lever because of the cold metal but does anyone else have any ideas. Once the car it thoroughly warm the shaking is gone, or if the car is getting alittle gas/moving right after i start to drive the car from cold.
