How many miles?
110,000
How many miles in fuel filter?
10,000
How long ago was the fuel filter changed?
6 months.
Has the fuel pressure regulator been changed?
don't know.
Might need a new fuel pressure regulator (FPR) <-- these fail sometimes, often right after the fuel filter is changed
Might need to adjust the throttle stop (rare)
Any hot start failures?... that is indicative of bad crank shaft position sensor. Only once. The other times the car has been sitting for over 6 hours.
Have all of the vacuum lines been inspected for cracks and splits?
yes.
If you get is warmed up, does it run ok then?
yes. But it is ether dead or running fine.
Are you running an oil that is not right for the cold temperatures?
I just had the oil changed. I will check what they used. They are in NH and i would hope they would use cold temp oil.
Thanks Dean.
