Thats cool that you have a Rover.
I would worry a little about the rear main seal failing close to 100K, could be expensive repair.
The radio code is no big deal. Just pull radio, get serial num and ask dealer for code. The local dealership from which you buy the car should do that for you.
There is a special hand-held computer that can turn on/off warnings that usually only dealers have(mainly because they are expensive). This is different from OBD tool(or else this dealer would have done it, right?)
Would this guy let you take the car to a real Saab Dealer to get the warning lights read and turned off? It might be worth $90 Dealer fee. What if there is something seriously wrong with the air bag? It would be nice to know.
No info in alarm stuff, sorry.
