Fuel filler neck hose..small problem

Well today while I am putting my skis on my ski rack, I noticed that a hose is poking out at the rear bumper in the passenger side rear wheel well. I look underneath and the wheel well is coated and sand and crap from the winter storm we just had. It's the hose that runs along the fuel filler neck. It only disconnected from wherever it plugs in. Where does it plug in? I have no idea. Maybe you could show me a picture if possible. Thanks in advance.
