Another Talladega in Seattle! Congratulations! How much the turbo gauge moves, if any, really depends on the throttle. If you're just cruising along and not accelerating at all, then the needle will drop to the bottom of the white area. When you step on it, it should swing over to at least the white/yellow border. Don't ever expect it to go more than a needle's width into the red, though. In normal driving, the boost gauge can be all over the place.
