Saab coolant is a regular ethylene glycol coolant with a bittering agent.
Several site sponsers sell the Saab coolant, or you can use plain old green coolant like regular Prestone or regular Zerex.
A better coolant would be the Ford and DaimlerChrysler approved long-life Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) coolant, also refered to and sold by Zerex as "G-05 coolant".
Since about Model Year 2000, Saab has been using GM DexCool Organic Acid Technology (OAT) coolant. Ther are some possible problems using the DexCool coolant in cars not designed for it (stories of certain plastics being aged/attacked).
The Ford and DaimlerChrysler HOAT G-05 coolant seems to get the best reviews.
