Before you invest any money into upgrades take it to mechanic who is familiar with modern SAABs and make sure everything has been done and nothing needs to be done. Good looking rims don't do much for a car with a trashed engine due to a timing belt failure. Do a search for horror stories of the V-6, I don't mean to scare you too much, just enough to make sure the car is tip top before you sink alot into things that don't matter much in the larger scheme. I know that others may chime in here, make sure the cam seals and T-belt tensioner have been replaced with the belt change. I don’t think that SAAB replaced these with the warranted belt change intervals. Which transmission do you have? Unless your exhaust is leaking tend to the suspension first. Start by making sure that the lower front suspension has been upgraded to the post-1995.5 version, by now many of those parts are probably in need of replacement. Next on your list should be the SAS rear sway bar, it will tighten up the rear end making handling much more crisp by reducing a lot of body roll. It is a very easy upgrade, I think four bolts, 1.5 hours and $150.
