No problem! Your ebrake issue sounds exactly like mine. I'd yank the stick up to the limit and still no brakes. I inspected all the lines, brakets, star adjuster, etc. Nothing worked. I was able to clearly see frayed and stretched cables behind each of the rear brake housings. Interestly, the right rear housing was actually bent backwards from the ebrake cable.
Very important point of note! Lather up your hand brake connector bolt with PB Blaster prior to trying to remove it when placing the new bracket on. You will mess up the bolt and threads trying to remove that bolt with all the rust on it.
