1) The first day I had it the antenna broke and fell off. I guess I just need time to replace that.
You can replace the Mast only. $30.
2) Fifth gear is tricky to get into, but reverse can sometimes be a major headache to find. I saw some people mentioning a new shift linkage, so I might try that.
Yes, you NEED the linkage upgrade to later style.
3) The car comes with buttons for heated seats, and they light up, but I haven't felt any heat yet. ??
Heated seat elements become brittle and break. They are no more than an thin wire coiled througout the seat. They break 99% of the time in the seat bottom. Check for power at the connector under the seat to verify you don't have a bad switch. Then disassemble the seat bottom (remove the cloth or leather, and either replace the element, or solder it back together where it breaks. If you solder it, keep in mind this will be an annual event.
4) You can feel the car shake in the steering wheel at low speeds like 30-40, but when you get it up to 60-70 it is not as bad. Something in the front end need to be replaced??
Check wheel balance, bent wheel, bad tire, alignment. If you have 1995-1995.5 model, you should upgrade the front suspension to the 1995.5 and later style. Saab sells a kit, about $500. It makes a HUGE difference.
5) Yesterday my windshield wipers and spray stopped working. I checked the fuse and it looked bad, so I replaced it, and still nothing. Hope its not a motor...
Do a search on "check valve". It frequently gets clogged and blocks the lines.
