The relay is located under the dash on the driver's side. You need to remove the lower dash fascia to get to it. Once that's removed, you'll see a white box with lots of wires running from it (located just behind the fuse box). The white case has one torx screw that you remove, lower the case down, then you'll see the relays. The fuel pump relay is #10, looking at the case with the torx screw hole on the bottom, far right, second relay up.

Be careful, though. I put in a new fuel pump relay just to see if that was the problem, and it fixed my problem - for a couple of days. I did have to replace the fuel pump. I wasn't comfortable cutting a hole in the body, so I actually dropped the fuel tank and replaced it...
