The length of the various lines is on the EPC CD, measured in mm. The vac hose is 4mm inside diameter, but I saw here that 3.5mm will also work. You can get fancy silicone hose in colors on ebay for a lot less, or Hose Techniques online etc. Not everything that looks like vac line actually IS vac line in the car.

Try not to break any of the connectors the hose slides onto, they all get brittle with age. I find it helpful to put some soap on the end to make it slide on easier.

The two hoses at the check valve are listed as 60mm and 240mm. For some reason I remember the long one being a bit more than that, may already have been replaced, they look different from the rest on my car.

crank case ventillation: 60, 240, 330mm
brake system: 330 and 410mm
secondary air intake: 40, 460, 1000mm

You need about ten feet total. You can use whatever is left over on the windshield washer system.
