Don't panic, mine has been leaking there for a long time, but don't ignore it eiter. I have had a slow leak at that joint probably for over two years, just did not know where it was coming from until last summer.
So far, nobody I asked has told me you can fix those crimp connections. Fortunately the first high pressure/cooling line is the ONE part of that system you can get aftermarket from saabsite.com. Everything else is Saab only.
If you know someone who works on track cars, they just may be able to cut the crimp out, and replace it with a decent hose end adapter.
There are about four small leaks like that on my car. The only good answer for me will be to replace the whole mess with good quality aftermarket ps hose and new fittings (like Earl's), which is what I plan to do when I get to it. I was really hoping someone has done that already, so I would not have to make a whole kit myself.
Not exactly rocket science, but don't try to make high-pressure hydraulic hoses with fittings yourself the first time. Most people do it wrong at least once (in my case, couple times).
See my link below to post on 9-3 board for a diagram from the Saab EPC.
