a couple of years back. A 19mm bicycle wrench (Park Tool) worked perfectly for the upper jam nut install as they are very thin. You can get one cheap at a local bike dealer (I had a full set in my garage from my bike racing days).
I have played with the adjustable damping from one end of the spectrum to the other and find it works the best to be just to the soft side of center. Hate to say it, but no real improvement over the Boges with 110k on them. You get way more bang for the buck with the swaybar.
