Torque on Turbo

After 2 weeks of waiting, I will finally get my turbo back from Majestic in Waco tomorrow. Can't wait to get it back in the car! They indicated it appeared as something had gone through the entire thing, so it will be essentially new, $500 for the job; about $150 less than a complete rebuild from other shops. Will let you know results.
Although I'm not sure I have room to get a torque wrench back in most of these places, I did want to have the torque specs. in case. Any help appreciated:
- coolant feed into turbo and into block (both upper and lower)
- oil feed into turbo and into oil filter housing
- four nuts holding turbo to manifold
- two screws and one nut on exhaust pipe
- two screws on the air intake
Also, any suggestions on cleaning intercooler big pipe without removing intercooler? Was thinking of hooking up the shopvac to one end and covering the other enough to get suction. Wiping down insides of the pipe as far as I can reach. Have cleaned all other pipes and hoses with simply green or carb cleaner.
