You do not have lug nuts, you have lug bolts. So the threaded holes in the steel studs will probably have some damage. And if a bad bolt goes into an other hole, then you get damage in another hole in the hub. And bolts, and new bolts as well, put into damaged threads will have their threads damaged too.
So you need a thread chaser or a tap to clean up any threads in the hub that are bad. Find a bolt that looks good and try to thread, by hand, in into the tapped holes in the hub to feel which ones are bad. You want to remove as little metal as possible when cleaning up the threads, so only put the tap or chaser in part way, then remove and try the bolt until it runs in ok without the feel of threads galling.
Where to buy lug bolts? Don't know, probably many sources other than the dealer, but might not be easy to find.
