Easy. They are on tight. You should do this when the vc gasket is replaced or you will be back there doing it again. You will need a #40 Torx tamper resistant bit (your local NAPA has them for about $2.50) to loosen the two screws that hold the plug in place and a O-Ring from Saab dealer (PN # 91-76-470) ($3.58). Both my 94 SE and my 00 9-3 SE use the same O-ring, so any Saab turbo from 94 - 00 likely uses the same part. None of our site sponsors sell the o-ring.
