The new sensors will probably establish a good ground to the down pipe, but there could be resistance in the DP to turbo or turbo to manifold or manifold to head etc. Measure ohms from sensor base to battery -ve connector. If you find resistance, use the meter to find out where this is and reseat fasteners etc to get better connections. When checking, you will need to brighten metal to get good meter contacts. A small file will work.
A resistance in engine ground cables can also create a ground voltage offset induced by alternator current.
If the grounds are fine, then you are looking for something else.
