Depends on what you mean by vacuum hose. Most but not all vacuum hose is 4mm, but not all 4mm hose is vacuum hose... The ones at the throttle body seem to deteriorate or crack and need replacement the most.
The turbo has a couple extra (at least)... the turbo bypass valve and a pressure sensor are connected to the throttle body using 4mm vac hose, see pic.
1 and 2 are part of the crank case ventilation system, and lead from the valve cover to the throttle body (shown in red). For some reason these are not 4mm on my car. I have not figured out what size they are, or why they were replaced with bigger reinforced hose, but could be because of heat.
You may also need to replace the one-way (PCV) valve and the "nipple" at the valve cover at the same time if the plastic is brittle due to age.
3 goes to the air pressure sensor
4 to the charge air (turbo) bypass valve
5 to the fuel pressure regulator
there are three or four in the secondary air injection system
one or two in the brake system
three at the turbo BPC valve, different size and p/n from other, "4mm" hose...
Most (but not all) of the washer hoses are also 4mm and have the same p/n, 8548273 as the "vacuum" hoses.
