There are two ways I have found to do this. One is to disconnect the battery for several minutes then reconnect it. The other is to do the "test drive" and allow the system to reset itself. This can be up to 100 miles of driving until the exact test drive conditions have been met. What is happening with the batteries? Was the second failuyre a new battery? Was the charging system checked?
